1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the be99 platform (including the website at be99.cam, mobile applications, and all associated services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and be99. They govern your access to and use of all products and services offered on the be99 platform. These terms are effective as of the date you first access the platform and remain in force for the duration of your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the be99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to satisfy any condition will result in your registration being declined or your account being suspended without notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. be99 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and possess a valid national ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.
• You must not already hold an existing active be99 account. Only one account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or entity, or using the account for any commercial or fraudulent purposes.

3. Account Registration and Security

When creating an account on be99, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any misrepresentation of personal information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any associated funds.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify be99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Contact our support team at [email protected].
• be99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure, subject to applicable law.

be99 employs SSL encryption and advanced security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, you are also responsible for using a secure device and connection when accessing the platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

be99 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Transaction processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• be99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or an active fraud investigation.
• Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a legitimate transaction will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.

be99 does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees on its end; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to check with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

be99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise. be99 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

• A welcome bonus is credited only once per eligible new player account, following a qualifying first deposit.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The specific rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover condition is fully met.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash equivalents except where the applicable rollover condition has been satisfied in full.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users of the be99 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing betting limits.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the be99 platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the be99 platform or its underlying infrastructure.

be99 actively monitors platform activity for irregular patterns and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally. Players found in violation of these prohibitions will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the be99 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of be99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the be99 platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of be99. Unauthorized use of be99 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

be99 is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. All personal data collected from you during registration and continued use of the platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Your continued use of the be99 platform following the posting of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account promptly.
